Functionality
How can I search? Does the search work? Search options?
Priceline:
Both Expedia and Priceline's pages are optimized for Search Engines because they have clear title tags that define what the content will be on every page.

Functionality Winner
Both sites are fairly decent functionality-wise. While Priceline lacks a search bar, Expedia lacks any open space on their page. Both sites are optimized and have simple ways for the user to search for whatever they need.
Therefore, it is a tie for this category.
Priceline:
- To search for a flight, type in to and from airports. Then, select departing & returning dates and number of tickets. Finally, select the number of tickets you wish to buy and the class you'd like to sit in for your flight. On the left, you can also chose whether you want prices for just the flight, flight and hotel, or flight, hotel and car rental. For Priceline, searching is made fairly easy by the simple layout of the site.
- Search works. However, it does take about 25-30 seconds. This is extremely long for a normal website. But the results it gives are great - they display in an organized manner and are easy to view (see image on the right).
- On the other hand, Priceline does not have a site search bar. This is one thing that I think the site lacks.

For Expedia, searching is pretty simple - but it would be better if the overall layout of the pages weren't so congested.
- Expedia also has a search bar for the site on the top right. Users
can search through Expedia's site content by using this tool. This search
takes less than a second to complete.
