Event Safety Instructions
Participants are prohibited from bringing: bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages, coolers, noise-making devices, balloons, laser pointers, cameras/video recording devices, balls, fireworks, weapons, sticks/poles, containers, pets and any other items deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate. Participants are discouraged from participating in any dangerous acts such as crowd surfing or moshing.
Parking Info/Bus Schedule
All parking rules APPLY the day of Rutgersfest. Only those cars assigned to lots may park there, ALL OTHERS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE! There will be continuous shuttle bus service between College Avenue Campus and the Livingston Campus between 12:00 noon and 11:00 pm. The B, L and EE routes will be on extended service.
Road Closings:
Anticipate road closings to help make Rutgersfest safe. All roads (Rockefeller, Hospital, and Joyce Kilmer Road) will be open to busses only.
