I am a PhD candidate at Rutgers University in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering. My thesis adviser is Prof. Jian H. Zhao.
My research interests are in the design, simulation, fabrication and characterization of power semiconductor devices. My thesis focuses on the development of a Silicon Carbide based monolithically integrated Vertical JFET-JBS diode power electronic building block.
My career interests are in Power Semiconductor research and teaching college level Physics and Electrical Engineering.
