  • Rutgers does that to keep all the Rutgers websites looking similar. They do this because if someone is viewing the their sites they can tell right away that each web page has something to do with Rutgers. Yes i would find this helpful because alot of the guidelines would already be set like colors and etc... which would make my job a lot easier.
