Why does RU have - http://identity.rutgers.edu/ ? If you were in designing a site for a Department of RU would you consider this helpful?
I think this site is useful because it makes sure that all the official Rutgers sites look similar. That is what makes this site useful because I could be new to this University and I would already know the particular style that I have to design.
