Site Design

The two sites have a similar layout and grid design. Both sites have the navigation on top, and are made up of several rows of information. Both have drop down menus for categories like TVs and music and video games. The only differences are the labels and color schemes.

The row directly below the navigation is usually a giant advertisement for a product or service offered. after this point the two sites divide with content and layout.

Best Buy uses a three column grid to lay out its features, some block elements use 2 or 3 segments of the grid.
Circuit City has a four column grid and an extra segment for login
