
Brokenshelf is the result of a merger in 1995 between Khan Advisory Services and Huda Consulting. The CEO of both firms were college friends who felt the culture of their firms was very similar. Making matters better was that Khan Advisory Services was focused more on the strategy and finance portion of business while Huda Consulting had the same potential strength concentrated in Information Technology.
Both Mr. Khan & Mr. Huda agreed that the firms would be able to perform most optimally if they used each other's core competencies as a synergistic tool. And in 1995,in order to stay in line with market competence and to increase they global reach the two firms combined to form BrokenShelf Advisory Services.
Since 1995 BrokenShelf has grown at an annual rate of % 40, beating the market 3 to 1 for 13 years running. The 2007 annual gross income was 6.9 billion dollars, and the firm expects this years sales to increase by %8.
